Cannot access my Ntlworld.com emails via outlook, your technical have supposed looked at the many times.
You tecnical staff have supposedly tried to resolve this and some have eascaled to other groups with no success, They have changed my username from my ntlworld.com email which has been my account name for 20> years to an gmail address and nothing . This has been going on from 16th June 23. sometimes I have lost total access to these email but have eventually got access back but I have to use webmail access but my other emails addresses are still working via outlook (e.g my wifes email address) but mine isn't and the ntle mail address is my mail account. Please help me get this resolved
