    AFAIK there are no backups kept for mailboxes, so I suspect you can’t get it restored?

    Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums, sorry to hear that your mailbox has been deleted. There is nothing that can be done to bring that mailbox back once it has been deleted. Have you had confirmation that the mailbox has been deleted?

      I don't think I have. But trying to log in it just says user doesn't exist

        When did you last access the mailbox and are you a current paying VM customer?
