Can’t transfer virgin media o2 email

Trying to link my virgin media o2 account to my virgin account so I can use the app and website but it says my Virgin account is linked to an different email than the one I used to set up the account. When I use ‘forgot email’ the email is says I have is ‘[object Object]’ so it won’t let me change. 
please help :)

      I’ve already made an account using the email that I used to order my package. The email linked to my account number and area reference still comes up as ‘[object Object]‘. So even with the bing method referenced it is still an issue

        Thanks for reaching out to us, sorry to hear that you are having issues with the new SSO, can we ask is this due to linking both Virgin Media & O2 accounts together. Please let us know.
