Blueyonder not working

I have had an issue with my Blueyonder account not working on the ipad , since July this year, and have spent countless hours with customer services, technical and the It departments trying to resolve the problem.  I have raised a complaint with VM, and have been given the run round consistently by them, with their inability to read and answer my questions,

However, thanks to the technical ability and patience of REHAN in second line technical, the problem seems to be now sorted.  It is possible, but just requires the right person, and I cannot thank Rehan enough.

Anyone else with similar issues should hope they get through to her.  Good luck

    What was the resolution?  Did you have to generate a new app client password for example?
