Blueyonder hacked and unable to access virgin media account

My elderly parents have been with Virgin Media for many years. They use my mums blueyonder email account as the registered email but this has been hacked and they are now unable to access virgin media. Please tell me the best way they can urgently regain access to their VM account and also, reset the blueyonder password. Thanks
