This may have been asked before but if I were to cancel my Virgin Media Services, how long would I get before my blueyonder email address is taken down?&nbsp; I have heard various answers to this.&nbsp; One of which their blueyonder email was still active 2 years after leaving VM.&nbsp;

“Officially” it’s 90 days, however as you are aware it can exceed this period …. If you are thinking of leaving, archive the entire mailbox now and setup a forwarder to your new mailbox.&nbsp;

The email forwarding may buy them some time, but isn’t a permanent fix.Yes, the forwarder is only there to forward all mail after the archiving until such times as VM remove the mailbox.&nbsp;
