Blueyonder email sign in

Not wanting to beat a dead horse here but as with others I am faced with the new login on my computer but am loath to do this for a few reasons as follows

I am 74 years old and am wary of change

I can still access my email on my phone app which is not ideal what will happen to this when I setup the new passwords? I don't want to start this process and lose all access to my email.

The VM account is in my wife's name and she also has an O2 account which is linked but I have always managed the accounts as she is in no way literate in computing.

There are 3 email addresses with this VM (Blueyonder) account I don't use the original address so I guess the one I use is secondary will I have problems setting up on this?

I probably have more questions but will leave it for now.

Looking forward to assistance

Campbell

  • Before I go ahead and start this process I need to know that I will still be able to access emails on my phone incase it all goes wrong like a few others have posted on here i.e. if I change my password and can't access my mail on a computer I don't want this to stop me getting mail on my phone if the password is wrong

Hey camcavana, thank you for reaching out and what process is this sorry?

Yes however if you did forget the password you would need to put this back in it wouldn't work.

You can also change the password by going down the forget password route.

As above the process of setting up a new password when I log into Virgin/O2 to see my email, I don't want to set up a new password but Virgin is insisting on it.

Other people in this community have had lots of problems doing this.

I can currently view my mail on my phone mail app but if I change the password to login to V/O2 and it fails I don't want to be left in the position where I can't view my mail online or on my phone
