Blueyonder email receiving but not sending

Hi everyone, I have noticed today that my blueyonder email is not sending emails. I think that this started on Monday (5 days ago). We have not changed any settings, and have tried using the website, our ipad and iphone. I tried calling Virgin Media for help, but it is an absolute minefield trying to get to speak to someone, and when I eventually did, they couldn't speak to me because the account is in my husband's name and he wasn't here to authorise me to speak to them! Can anyone help please?

  • Problem solved. It appears that most of the people I was trying to email have gmail accounts, which are sending all blueyonder emails straight to spam. This is obviously another issue in itself, but at least we know.
