Blueyonder Email password reset
I have a new mobile phone. Everything transferred from my old phone, i just had to re enter account passwords. I entered what i thought was my password for my Blueyonder email mailbox which came back as incorrect. I tried to reset the password on the Virginmedia website using my primary email address & password, but when i went to "manage other accounts", my Blueyonder mailbox was not showing.
When i try to log in using my Blueyonder email, it asks me to use my primary email to log in. I've had 3 calls to support without resolution. The last call yesterday afternoon, i was following instructions given & was taken to a page saying my account is locked. I was then told its going to take up to 5 working days to resolve!
I need my email for my work. I cannot reset apps that i use as it's sending a verification email to the blueyonder email that i cannot access. There are emails in my mailbox i need to deal with, but cannot! I've been given a ticket number, & have tried again today to reset the password, but still getting page saying account is locked.
I need to escalate this as i NEED MY EMAIL WORKING!!!!!!!
