Blueyonder Email password reset

I have a new mobile phone. Everything transferred from my old phone, i just had to re enter account passwords. I entered what i thought was my password for my Blueyonder email mailbox which came back as incorrect. I tried to reset the password on the Virginmedia website using my primary email address & password, but when i went to "manage other accounts", my Blueyonder mailbox was not showing. 

When i try to log in using my Blueyonder email, it asks me to use my primary email to log in. I've had 3 calls to support without resolution. The last call yesterday afternoon, i was following instructions given & was taken to a page saying my account is locked. I was then told its going to take up to 5 working days to resolve! 

I need my email for my work. I cannot reset apps that i use as it's sending a verification email to the blueyonder email that i cannot access. There are emails in my mailbox i need to deal with, but cannot! I've been given a ticket number, & have tried again today to reset the password, but still getting page saying account is locked.

I need to escalate this as i NEED MY EMAIL WORKING!!!!!!!

    Welcome back to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your email account. We can help to get this looked into further but if the team have advised that it will take up to 5 days to resolve the issues there might not be anything further that we can do to help. Are you the Virgin Media account holder?
