Blueyonder email not accesible

Hello,

I see a lot of comments but none for blueyonder.co.uk addresses.  So am throwing my hat in the ring here.

Getting a bit confused, eventually been able to change my email address password and 3 word code fine but nothing is being accepted.  I can acess webmail but outlook and email through android gmail app is fine.  I cannot send or receive on the latter 2

Last night was getting spurious messages about my account being deactivated which is very odd as I am current customer (Volt).

Not seeing anything hard and fast what/where this issue is?  Am I loosing my blueyonder email account?  No one has pre-informed me.

Tried sending a test email to my blueyonder from a different account and is being boucned back as undeliverable. ERROR CODE :550 - 5.1.1 MXIN501 mailbox

    Hello, OP here.  Still cannot access my blueyonder.co.uk emails in outlook.  I've sent test email from my gmail and another address I have and they get bounced back still.  Odd that other email is still coming through as I can see in webmail but then I do not know what else is being bounced.
