Thanks for your post.
I can take a look at getting your Blue yonder email address deleted. The only thing that I need to ask first is if you still have active services then it is not possible.
If you have left us then we can raise a ticket with our IT team to delete this and the additional email accounts linked to it.

Thanks for your response.
I am still a customer of Virgin Media.
I still have active services but use a different email address to login into my Virgin Media account.
I have not used the blueyonder account to login into my virgin media account for some time now.

If it is a secondary email address on your active account you can go ahead and delete this yourself by our online account or through our my Virgin Media app.
If the Blueyonder email address is not on your active account, then please join me on private message so I can get our IT team to have a look into this for you.
