All my previous emails disappeared

Today when I logged into VM emails via my VM account all my emails have disappeared

    I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you're experience with your email. For clarity, is this when signing in to your emails via the Webmail service, a device or both?

    Do you see any specific error messages when signing in? Are you also able to try signing in directly, here, through another browser or device?
