Access to secondary email
Hi there. I have had two virginmedia email addresses for a number of years. The secondary one I use for sites where I want to retain anonymity due to spam and marketing emails
now unable to access this secondary email account. On my mail app the IMAP settings keep prompting me for a password. When I enter it it says incorrect, and con’t see how to edit it on Virgin site or through O2 id.
is there a fix for this, as I see others having the same issue
