Cannot access secondary account email via web

I was forced to change my VMO2 ID a while back and now have to use a 3rd party email as my login. Eventually did this and linked my accounts.  Very confusing process with no reasoning or explanation why we couldn't use the same virginmedia.com email address we've always used.  Anyway....since that point my wife can no longer access her email via the website.  When we log into My Virgin Media, and click on the email icon it only shows my emails and there is no longer any option to select in the login a different email address (i.e. my wifes) she is a secondary email user on the main account.

Is there any way that she can see her emails on the web site now?  What do we need to do?
