worse customer service ever!!!!!!

If I call and want to speak to someone, after recorded message prompts, it just hangs up. A second call is needed to try and reach someone for help!!! Unfortunately My Indian vocabulary is not the best so it is difficult to comprehend the helper who I get after 30 minutes wait. Virgin get your act together

        Improved customer satisfaction as they have less customers to satisfy.
