We detected multiple WiFi networks

I have a Hub5 and 3 wifi Mesh Pods (black) installed at my home. I am getting a message via the app about my wifi setup.

Does this mean the hub and boosters are all on a separate wifi’s and not giving me an overall increased wifi signal as one wifi?

If I merged the wifi Pods to the Hub, will this then give the full strength for one wifi signal between all the units (which is what I believe will happen) and will this change the wifi settings on the Hob 5 as I have cameras set up to the Hub and if it changes the hub I will have to reinstall the cameras again.

I have tried to find out this information from but just keep going around the houses with no answer including the Virgin installation engineer who said no one has ever asked this question before, which I find very strange that I cannot get an answer to what should be very simple question.

Any support from anyone that can help with the answer.

Thanks

Have you a split SSID?  If so the Pods don’t actually work with that configuration. So the App is telling you to reset the Hub back to standard i.e.  a single SSID as “out of the box”

    Settings expected for VM Pods

    1. The Hub is in 'Router Mode'
    2. Wireless Channel Optimisation is Enabled
    3. The 2.4 & 5 GHz bands have the same SSID
    4. SSID broadcast is Enabled on both bands
    5. Both SSID are protected with the same password.

If any of this does not suit your needs, return the VM Pods
and invest in a Wi-Fi solution that you own and can
be configured to do your job.
