VM asked to return a TV BOX that have never been given to me

Hi team,

I have my TV/boardband contract and service ended one month ago. VM asked me to return the kits which are the hub, a TiVo box and a Humax Box. However I have only been given the first two during the installation by the engineer for the corresponding boardband and TV service.

I have returned the Hub and TiVo box via Yodel and VM can confirmed the recipient of them. However VM is still looking for the Humax box which I have never been given. I remember clearly that the engineer said only one TiVo box is enough for the service agreed and only that top set was given.

Does anyone has the similar experience?

Can anyone help with my case please?
