Virgin Media WhatsApp - Nothing Responding
I'VE added the following to my contacs and have messaged them on WhatsApp but there is no reply just my message of 'hi'

How can I make it so the bot responds with anything?

Also - the internet is working
It's during their opening hours
Also - it says it's Virgin Media verified accounts too
I can't call them at the moment or use the live chat online; I want to use the WhatsApp please :)
Also - it's been several days and still nothing after several messages of me saying hi each day
I sent a message to 07305 327112 on 06/01, so I wouldn't hold your breath.
The odd thing is it was working fine for like 3 weeks then just stopped

It can take several days for a reply from VM on here.
Bumping doesn't help.
