Virgin mail app password

When i generate a 3rd party app pssword, in my case Outlook , it registers ok , but then i try to do the same on my Android phone , i.e Two devices it disablles the first "Laptop", so basicly i want  3rd party apps working at the same time ,Phone and Laptop, but seems virgin only allow one at any one time , 

any advice ???
