Terrible Service

Why has Virginmedia become such a bad service? 3 bloody days trying to get on chat without luck. keeps wanting me to Whatsapp. When I try. that don't even work. Menus everywhere are so damn confusing. Virgin cares not for their customers anymore. I'm Sick of this shoddy crap service. I think it's time to move on. Cannot & have not been able to access my account for weeks. keeps wanting me to sign up to O2, I did  & have but this no longer works either. What is wrong with your system?

    Totally agree . I have been with VM over twenty years, they do not offer any customer service at all. Absolutely useless. Moderators giving out phone numbers, mobile numbers, chats, whats app chats all unavailable. Best advice , Sky offering good deals, fast Wi-fi 7 and top speeds.

      I have yet to see an informative good assessment and report about VM .. its all one way unfortunately.... and that is below par .. I cannot get my head around why people choose them ?why people pay increase fees ? why people put up with horrendous customer service interaction and lack of progress .. its obviously that no other ISP is available to them ..VM is now owned by Telefonica and Liberty Global on a 50/50 set up.. contracts now up to 24 months not 18 months..so you have to wait that length before jumping ship .. good luck anyway

        Read Which report on VM, bottom of the list for Customer Services.

        The number one reason for staying with VM is I believe mailboxes.  There are quite a few posts giving this sole reason for staying.  The next one is speed, bigger is better, right?
