Inability to talk to anyone is infuriating

It is incredible that Virgin does not offer the ability to talk to anyone.  I have tried the 0345 number but only get options that close me off.  I have tried the chatbot but only get a computer and no options that help.  There is no live option anywhere else on the website.  It is as if Virgin thinks that their options are adequate but they are not - we need an 'anything else' option to get us through to a living agent.

  • Right there with you - my broadband has been down since 9am, am trying to get it back up and running so I can actually do my job, but all of the help systems seem to be crafted as loops to stop you being able to speak to an human being. I'm trying their WhatsApp number at 07305 327112 but still no response. I'm not sure exactly what I'm supposed to do to get it sorted. Carrier pigeon maybe?

      Use your backup connection, which I assume you have if you work from home.

      You cannot rely on a residential connection for working from home.
