excellent service

 I recently had a technician come out to address a problem with our service. On arrival he automatically removed his shoes due to it being wet outside. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything we asked him. 

He was very friendly and polite, we felt comfortable having him in our home.

 I didn't get his full name however his first name is William ( will ) and he was covering Redditch area helping a fellow worker out on his way home to Bromsgrove.

I cant praise this guy enough and he's an absolute credit to the team and more importantly the company. Please pass this on to his manager or team leader and I really do hope they let him now what an asset he is. Unfortunately I didn't receive an email to give feedback from the visit if I had of I would of given him 10+ for everything
