Excellent engineer…

I want to leave a review for the engineer who came out a few weeks ago and set up the new equipment for my Mum. He was so lovely and helpful, showed us how everything worked, and even set up an emergency phone line for my Mum. A few weeks later, we got a letter charging my Mum £40 for the return of the old equipment. I contacted Graeme and he responded immediately with proof of the installation and return of the old equipment, and the problem, and stress, were sorted in no time. He went above and beyond and we are very grateful. Thanks Graeme (ID: 10166).
