Error messages on Sky Sports +

On about half of the occasions I want to watch live a football match on Sky Sports + through the red button on my tv I receive an error  message. Tonight it was "This stream is currently unavailable. Please try again later. Error code AMP6006. ID e65760. "

I can access the game being shown on Channel 508 but not the one I choose from the red button selections. Any idea how I might resolve this?
