Do I have to return my Super Hub 2ac when my new Super Hub 5 arrives.

Possibly, there should be instructions with the new hub.

but IMO you should probably retain it for a period of time before disposal. We have seen VM demand obsolete kit back in past topics on here.
When you do decide to get rid of it, make a note of the model no., serial no. and MAC address before disposal. This will give you some limited cover if VM ever does request it back.
At the bottom of the linked page above there is an option to create an address label should you decide you want to return it to VM. If you do that, still keep a note of the serial numbers and also get a tracking number when you send it back.
If you want you can return via Yodel and have VM recycle for you. Just get receipts and hang onto them, as goslow says some users have been asked to return kit despite information to the contrary.
No mate VM do not want it .. hey for you it is down to recycling and adios together with your owd tv box .. but hey shed a tear SH 2ac are brill .. I stuck mine in modem mode with a Chinee Huawei Ax3 router .. unbelievable .. I did not want to say adios but VM said whoa!..Hub 4 coming to you .. Hey .. nope Hub 5 arrived instead .. grateful
