The consultation is regarding all ISP's, not just 'unresolved official VM' complaints.

It appears likely that the current 8 week deadline for VM to issue deadlock letters to enable unhappy customers to escalate their unresolved official VM complaints to the Communications Ombudsman is likely to speed up a little bit to 6 weeks by the end of the year.
The consultation is regarding all ISP's, not just 'unresolved official VM' complaints.
