worst internet ever

paying for 600mbs getting **bleep** 50 every day cant play a single game without freezing or getting kicked out wouldn't wish this internet on my worst enemy cant actually have a normal game or watch something without any problems and don't say it depends on my area because someone else in my street has virgin and there's works perfectly fine thought this internet was suppose to be reliable and consistent well thought wrong its been extra **bleep** today cant even play  apex legends without being on 150+ ping when I'm suppose to be on 20 ping in my opinion i think this is the worst internet I've ever had I had more consistent internet when we had a worse package its honestly a joke

    Firstly a minute's silence for the tragic death of punctuation. 

    Is this a wired or wireless connection? If the latter what wifi band are you connecting to? 

    Please also post your upstream and downstream power levels from 192.168.0.1 and although some bloke on your street says that theirs is fine still check for local faults on 0800 561 0061.
