Ordering wifi pods worst process ever

I've been following the process for this via connect app, run tests and need a boost. The app doesn't let you order them despite what the main website says.

I'm at a total loss on this broken process. Can someone help me order some WiFi pods please!

    If the Connect app is not working correctly re ordering Pods, just wait here a couple of days.  A VM Mod should pick this up and discuss directly with you.

    Let me send you a DM, however pods are only free if you are a 1GB or volt customer otherwise they are £8 per month.
