Do you mean you have lost your wi-fi connection (from the VM hub to your device) or do you mean you have lost your broadband connection (to your VM hub)?
If it is the latter, try the automated service status number 0800 561 0061 to check for any faults in your area.
Lost WiFi signal can't get it on my phone or the virgin TV box
