WiFi Pods
Why is it extremely difficult to order a WiFi pod? I’m showing speeds of 18 and 22 in two rooms and it’s impossible to order them online. Anyone able to help? I pay for the highest speed broadband as well.

Call customer services and request the VM Pods.
But remember the VM Pods do not go in the rooms with 18 & 22 Mb/s speeds,
they go between the VM Hub and the place that needs cover and that between spot needs to have good coverage as a VM Pods extends the range, but the cost is it halves the speed and adds buckets loads of jitter and latency ... i.e. is a horrid solution for games or MS Teams.
Hi alandrewett
Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Apologies for any lower than expected speeds. We can see you've spoke to the team since posting and got a Pod ordered.
There are a few requirements for the Pods to work with our Hubs:
• The Hub must be in 'Router Mode' and not have been changed to 'Modem Mode'.
• Channel Optimisation must be left on.
• The SSIDs must be the same and broadcast enabled.
• The SSID must be password protected.
• The Passphrases of the SSIDs must match.
As long as all of the above points are all met then the Pod should automatically connect to your Hub's Wi-Fi and begin broadcasting. The wireless details from the Pod will be the same as the Hub's details, so no additional steps are required to connect the devices in the home.
