WiFi pods

Hello, like other customers I am going round in circles trying to order a WiFi pod. I have done a speed test and the result confirms a need but there is no option to order one and the app comes to a dead end. Please help!

    The official route, as you know, is to use the VM Connect App and scan your property.  When completed, the app should allow you to order the first Pod.  If this is not working, just wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss directly with you.

      I had a discussion with a virgin media support colleague and was promised a WiFi pod. This was 1 month ago and I have not received a pod. How can I follow this up?

  • Hello Adduxi, yes I have followed this path and despite getting a low reading in a room in my house I was not offered a direct link to order the pod.
