Hi had a chat this morning on line chat with(Mary?) was regarding request for wifi pod went through process and gave screen shot of poor coverage as requested .she said she had placed the order but nothing is showing in my orders /appointments .how do I get the transcript of the conversation I can’t go through all this again ..regards Darren

Thanks for posting in regards to your recent conversation and the request for Pod's to be ordered, we appreciate you letting us know via the forums.
During the web chat, there is an option at the bottom of the chat to click + and get a copy of the transcript sent to you, after the chat has closed, if this hasn't been done it is possible for us to get a copy of this if required?
