WiFi pods stopped working

Can you please help I have the white WiFi pods to boost my signal but one has stopped working, I tried resetting them ans changing plugs but it flashings blue then nothing and my virgin connect shows it’s not on. Please help. Thanks Mel

    For you safety keep the failed VM Pod unplugged.

    Contact customer support and have the failed VM Pod replaced.
