WiFi pods stopped working

Can you please help I have the white WiFi pods to boost my signal but one has stopped working, I tried resetting them ans changing plugs but it flashings blue then nothing and my virgin connect shows itโ€™s not on. Please help. Thanks Mel

    For you safety keep the failed VM Pod unplugged.

    Contact customer support and have the failed VM Pod replaced.

    I've been having the same issue with the white pod last few days. Using the Connect app it's saying the connection is poor/fair. Have soft rebooted hub and pod and also reset the pod via connect hub. Hopefully they fix the issue as without the pod I can't get WiFi in half the house ๐Ÿ˜ž

    Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

    A flashing blue light usually indicates that the pod is trying to connect or pair with your Virgin Media hub. 

    Please try moving the pod to the same room as the hub for about 15 minutes to help it pair. 

    If it continues to flash blue, please do a reboot of your hub by unplugging this for at least 3 minutes. If the pod still doesn't connect, please let us know and we'll send you a private message to arrange a replacement ๐Ÿ˜Š
