WiFi pods offline

Had a new hub 5 delivered after last one stopped working, we have had two pods that have worked fine. One in bedroom one in kitchen. Bedroom tv now says poor connection and on the connect app it says both pods are off line. Does anyone have a solution to get them back online

    request all the VM Pods are re-paired to the replacement VM Hub 5.
