WiFi pods not working

Hi,

I had an engineer visit yesterday and he got me a new hub. Since then my wifi pod is constantly blinking with a white light and not connecting to the hub. I called the engineer again and he said he has told the back office team to re configure with the MAC address but he keeps receiving constant message from them that the hub isn’t activated although it is. Does anyone know how to solve this issue? They have ordered me a new pod but I wouldn’t want to waste the one I already have as I have a house where at some spots the signal is very weak and having a pod was very helpful. The engineer is clueless here and the back office team hasn’t been of much help either.
