WiFi Pod
I have recently upgraded broadband to m500 and I've had nothing but problems and massively regret upgrading. I have the Hub 4 and a white WiFi Pod. I have soft reset both devices several times. I have reset the Pod in the Connect app as well. It fixes the problem for less than 5 minutes with a good connection then goes back to showing poor/fair. I spoke to Virgin via webchat and they are saying my WiFi speeds are 500, great the hub may show that but in the actual house at times I'm lucky if I can get 10-20mbps in several rooms in the house.
Can anyone help?
