wifi pod

yesterday nearly 24 hours ago i ordered another wifi pod via live chat i was informed that the pod has been ordered and i should get notification of the order within 24 hours, im still waiting can virgin media get anything right for once, I should not have to keep chasing this up, can anyone assist please, regards, Malcolm

      Hi Sabrina , I have managed to obtain 1 wi fi pod but I did ask for 2 so if I could get another one that would be great regards malcolm
