Wifi pod

Hi

I had my pod delivered yesterday and it just will not connect as far as I can see there is no light flashing on it either can any suggest what if anything I'm doing wrong

    Call the equipment activation number on  -  0800 953 9500 (follow options) and check with them that your Hub has been activated correctly onto your account.

    You will need to hand, the  Model numbers,  serial numbers/MAC addresses off the barcode stickers  of all pieces of kit (photo the stickers) and also your account number

      Thanks for the advice much appreciated turns out the pod was faulty so they are replacing it for me
