Wifi Pod

Hi 

Finally got Virgin installed after two months, was told by the engineer as I am on the 1 GIG package I would be able to get a Wi-Fi Pod for free. Tried to do this through the virgin media connect app but won't let me. 

Please can someone help me.

    Advice on the different ways to order WiFi Max, including a first mesh WiFi Pod, can be found in this article here.
