Wifi pod

My WIFI pod is getting hot. Therefore, I have to keep turning it off. My sons PC is plugged into the pod and the PC is not WIFI enabled.

Is it broken or can I do something to rectify the issue?

    Disconnect the VM Pod ASAP and request a replacement.
    Might be worth getting a Wi-Fi adaptor for the PC then it can work without a VM Pod.

    Thank you for bring this to our attention and welcome to our community,

    If you haven't already can you please make sure the pod is unplugged.

    What we can do from here is arrange a replacement to be sent out.

    If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security first though.
    If you can check your logo at the  top right of your screen that would be great.
