Wifi pod promised but not delivered!

Hi there,

After a wifi performance check and a conversation with VM's  customer services team, we were promised a second wifi pod booster was going to be despatched during the week beginning 15th December, and it has still not arrived - How can I find out if it's been dispatched yet, or if it was despatched, and has not turned up yet... - who do I call for this enquiry?

    As this is a Community Forum, and not a direct line to VM as such, it will take a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up. If you need is urgent, it would be best to phone Customer Services directly.

    Sorry to hear of the Wi-Fi pod not arriving to you.
