WiFi pod not working
Had mains power off today for 15 minutes and now WiFi pod is not working. No lights at all and not showing on connect app. Have done factory reset to hub but still nothing. Anyone can help will be appreciated

VM Pod appears to have failed, request a replacement.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your WiFi pods after the mains power went off.
Checking the systems on our side, all seems to be working today. Do you still have any issues after posting with the service at all? We can investigate further if needed.
