Wifi pod not connecting

I've recently moved home and upgraded my Internet to 500mbps with a hub 4 installed. WiFi pod was working with my previous hub 3. I've tried speaking to an advisor who was no help. 

I've tried everything but my virgin media connect app is just flashing and not connecting to my hub. 

Any help would be great.

    It may not have been activated onto your account properly.

    Call the equipment activation number on  -  0800 953 9500 (follow options) and check with them.  You will need to hand, the  Model numbers,  serial numbers/MAC addresses off the barcode stickers  of all pieces of kit (photo the stickers) and also your account number
