Wifi pod not connecting

  1. One of my wifi pods will not connect i have tried resetting the hub 4 and moving pid to various places but just keeps flashing.

    This seems to be a common issue atm, most likely issue is they havn't added the mac address of the pod to your account. If it doesnt connect to your wifi when you move it close to your hub, then give CS a call and ask if the pods mac address is located to your account, without it it will never connect.

      Hey s99sdp, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community I am so sorry to hear you are having some WIFI pod issues.

      What lights are on the pod?

      Please do try these steps;

      Unplug any Ethernet cables attached to the router and wait at least 30 seconds, then plug them back in. Plug the router's power cable back into the outlet. Plug the modem back in and wait until the modem has finished powering on. Wait at least 2 minutes for your Pods' LEDs to stop blinking.
