WiFi pod no connection

Hi my WiFi pod has suddenly stopped working ,I have rebooted it several times and tried it in different plug socket outlets no joy.

The green light pulses on reboot but the Connect app tells me there's no connection .

Any advice ?,I have spent an inordinate amount of time trying to speak to a human on the VM number but i cannot get through at all .

    Try moving Pod to beside the Hub.  Power cycle both the Hub and Pod.  Then try the WPS on the Hub to see if the Pod syncs?  If not the Pod may be faulty?

    I am starting to think it's faulty now

      Hello Moogera.

      Thanks for bringing the faulty Pod to our attention.

      We are able to run a few tests from here and check equipment, what we did notice is a replacement Pod has been ordered.

      Can you please let us know once you receive it, and how this one settles onto your home network.

  • Hi , received the new pod on Friday March 7 ,the pod immediately connected and the app reports the " connection is good " ,I posted on here about the WiFi speed readings from the connect app  362 Mbps ? I've done several WiFi tests through the connect app and I get the same speed,the max speed I got through the previous pod was 30 Mbps  ?

      Thanks for coming back to us Moogera and we're glad that you're connection is working as it should do via the new WiFi pod, the slow speed on the previous pod may have been a fault with the pod but let's hope that you don't have any further issues but if you do, please dont hesitate to get in touch with us here.
