WiFi keeps dropping out for new device
Hi, wife got a new phone and the WiFi connection kept dropping. Other devices weren't having this issue so she returned the phone. She's bought a new phone, completely different model and make, and is having the same issue so now I'm guessing the router must be having issues keeping any new device connected. It's a hub 4 and it only has 5 devices connected, I don't think it ever has more than 6 devices connected at a time. The two phones having the connection drop outs were OnePlus Nord 4 and Honor 200 Pro and when I look for WiFi issues specifically for each model of phone the Virgin router is mentioned in both cases. Is there a solution to this?
