Wifi issues

I've had no wifi for over 24 hours now can't access my netflix or amazon prime most of my devices will not connect for some reason my ring door bell is connected and my virgin app is saying everything is connected what the hell is going on. The 2 arrows on my tvo box are constantly flashing white too dont know if this is connected to broadband issues

    Is this only a WiFi problem? Are other ethernet (wired) devices working?  Check for local faults on 0800 561 0061. 

  • No fault in area my tv is ethernet wired and the normal channels are working but can't access my netflix or prime or recorded programs

      It looks like there was an area outage however this has now ended, how has your connection been since this?

        Engineer has sorted wifi but ethernet cable won't work so just connected tv by wifi now still think my tv box is faulty but they say not.
