WIFI ISSUES

Hi, I have a question, I’ve got a Xbox series X & a Nintendo switch that can not connect to the WiFi for DNS issues I have tried everything I am wondering if it is an actual issue with the WiFi service rather than the consoles themselves

    What happens if you connect them by ethernet?

    Connecting to the Wi-Fi and then having a DNS lookup failure can point to
    1) Wi-Fi Pausing or MAC address blocked
    2) Lack of Wi-Fi signal strength
