WiFi dropping in and out
I need help. I have had virgin since November and it’s been terrible. My WiFi is shocking. Keeps dropping out and in. Have had countless engineers out and they have done their bit from cleaning the fibre to telling me to get some extra mesh boosters. Been told that my house is to big and even with all they do on day and they have been lovely lads it’s not making any difference. When I ring virgin they say there is nothing wrong. But when I’m working from home and my WiFi is dropping in and out a few times an hour it’s not on. Has anyone had this issue and had it fixed. They sold it telling me I would be so much better off with 1gb instead of the 100mb I had with BT. At least with the 100mb I had internet and it never dropped out.
