WiFi disconnection Problem

 been having issues with our broadband going down regularly. Engineer visited last weekend after 2 months of chasing about the issue. He’s replaced the router (less issues now but still not fully fixed).

in meantime I’ve been trying to install a white POD we had for couple months that has never worked properly. Have tried all tricks of plugging it in nearer the router, rebooting router and removing all Ethernet cables in router and then restarting to no avail. The pos just consistently has the blinking light - any ideas how to resolve?  Obviously won’t affect issues with connection dropping but hoping pod will improve our signal in meantime.

    Pod may not be paired correctly - see this...

    Call the equipment activation number on - 0800 953 9500 (follow options) and check with them. You will need to hand, the Model numbers, serial numbers/MAC addresses off the barcode stickers of ALL pieces of kit and also your account number - they should get the Pod activated onto your account
